Free Range Cows

Made with the fresh milk from free range cows that happily graze on lush green grass, clover and flower filled pastures. Our cows are out in the fields, on average, for 235 days a year …..that is a lot longer than your average farm.

Why not 365 days?  Well, just like us, they want to be inside when it is cold and wet.

Bee Friendly Farms

Organic farms have 50% more bees, butterflies and other pollinators than your average non-organic farm. That’s because our farms have fields rich in plants and flowers that they can enjoy.

And why is that?  Because our farms don’t use herbicides or pesticides

Green Energy

Our cheese is made at a dairy that harnesses natural resources for the energy it requires from both solar panels and biogas generated from farm and dairy waste.

The sun is needed to grow the grass and to make the cheese. ….. so when we say green energy, we are not just talking about the grass roots!
